Governance, management and control of Nordnet are divided between the shareholders' through the General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the CEO, according to the Swedish Companies Act and Articles of Association. From July 1, 2007, Nordnet is subject to the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance, available at www.bolagsstyrning.se.
